Ethics

ethics is principles and moral values.it’s also ethics is the set of moral rules that the professionals in any field are expected to respect when they deal either with each other or with the public.in business,ethics represents the attitudes that individuals and firms should comply with in the actions they perform and the decisions they take at every level of their realizations.such a philosophy does not exist everywhere because it needs the existence of important conditions to apply it.
in societies where both political and cultural conditions exist for making everyone obey this practice,the main principles that those engaged in the economic branches should follow involve a good number of the qualities
that have always served as the basis for civilization.among them we find the obligation to be honest and lawful in one’s activities.
corruption is dangerous and harmful for all society
to sum up,the moral values in use in modern societies necessitate from businessmen and companies alike a strict observance of the different precepts on which the efficiency and the prosperity of the whole community depends.that is why misbehaviors get punished severely.

ETHICS IN BUSINESS
Bribery is a form of corruption. It is the offering and receiving of any item of value; money property or advantage, its aim is to influence the action of any official. This unethical practice has become so widespread that it’s difficult to get rid of it. Therefore, governments must do their best to eradicate it first, a well implemented system of law should be implemented in order to prevent bribery, also, and bribers must be punished severely so that they will become examples for the others. In addition, companies have to sign commitment contracts which they promise not to break the law .fur there more, work of public officials, must be inspected regularly in order to ensure that they don’t receive any bribe. I Think that when regulatory controls are strict, official are afraid of committing such offences. However, when thy feel that no one is controlling their action, they will commit more and more crimes.
To sum up, I would say that no nation will develop or prosper if it doesn’t fight this dangerous phenomenon urgently .also I wish all citizens contributed in this battle so as to eradicate all forms of corruption.

Education in Algeria

Education in Algeria is free of any charge, but private schools are authorised by the law. It is also compulsory under the constitution. All Algerian schools are mixed sex. The academic year starts in September and ends in June for southern regions and July for the other parts of the country with two 15 days break in December and March.

The educational system is structured as follows: the pre-school, the primary school, the middle school, the tertiary is the secondary school and at last comes the university level. At five years old, the Algerian children go to the pre-schools which are generally close to their houses. At the age of six, they often start their primary education in the same school. At the end of this stage pupils should take a final exam to be able to move to the middle school where they fulfil their four years of study. Later on, they should sit for another exam called the “BEM” that they must pass for admission to secondary education which begins at age 15 and ends when students take the baccalaureate examination before they proceed to one of the universities, state technical institutes, or vocational training centres which fall under the responsibility of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as by institutes run by other ministries. The specific degrees awarded are determined by the field of study, not the institution. The Ministry of Higher Education approves the curriculum, which is standardized for each field of study. Algerian institutions also award graduate degrees in most fields in which a Licence or DES is awarded

Corruption is a dangerous social phenomenon which can undermine the development and well being of a country this is why we must combat it with our might( power ).what would i do if were elected a president ؟

If i were elected a president of this country , i would pass severe laws to punish corrupt people in onder to protect honest citizens from their wrong doings.

More over ,tax evasion should be punished severely as it constitutes a serious threat to the existence of the nation is projects since most of them are dependent on the collection of taxes.

Then , I think that work , being the most valuable richness of the country ,should be rehabilated .If i were elected president .I would do my best to reconcile our countrymen with work .

Last but not least ,I would appoint honest , hard working ,and sincer civil servants who are ready to sacrifice themselves for the welfare of their people.

To conclude,to combat corruption effectively, I would use all powers.All means,all people of different parties as soon as possible before it is too late and the sooner ,the bette

كما أن الناس يختلفون في طباعهم وأشكالهم..

كذلك هم يختلفون في وجهات نظرهم.. وفي قناعاتهم وتصرفاتهم..

فإذا شعرت أن أحداً خالف الصواب.. ونصحته وحاولت إصلاح خطئه ولم يقتنع..

فلا تصنف اسمه من بين أعدائك.. وخذ الأمور بأريحية قدر المستطاع..

فلو حاولت إصلاح خطأ عند أحد زملائك فلم يستجب.. فلا تقلب الصداقة عداوة..

وإنما استمر في التلطف فلعله أن يبقى على خطئه ولا يزيد..

وقد قيل: حنانيك بعض الشر أهون من بعض..

إذا تعاملت مع الناس بهذه الأريحية..

فلم تغضب على كل صغيرة وكبيرة.. عشت سعيداً..

قالت عائشة -رضي الله عنها : ( ما انتقم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لنفسه قط..

وما ضرب شيئاً قط بيده.. ولا امرأة.. ولا خادماً.. إلا أن يجاهد في سبيل الله..

وما نيل منه شيء قط.. فينتقم من صاحبه.. إلا أن ينتهك شيء من محارم الله فينتقم لله ) ..

وحتى نفهم الفرق بين الغضبين: افرض أن ولدك الصغير جاءك ذات صباح

وطلب ريالاً أو ريالين مصروفاً للمدرسة.. فبحثت في محفظة نقودك..

فلم تجد إلا فئة الخمسمائة ريال.. فأعطيتها له..

وقلت: هذه خمسمائة ريال.. اصرف منها ريالين.. وأرجع الباقي..

وأكدت عليه وكررت.. فلما رجع بعد الظهر فإذا المال كله قد صرفه..

فماذا ستفعل؟.. وكيف سيكون غضبك.؟

قد تضرب وتعنف وتمنعه من مصروفه أياماً..

ولكن لو رجعت مرة من صلاة العصر ووجدته يلعب بالكمبيوتر..

أو عند التلفاز.. ولم يصل في المسجد.. فهل ستغضب كغضبك الأول؟

أظننا نتفق أن غضبنا الأول سيكون أشد وأطول وأكثر تأثيراً من غضبنا الثاني

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Muslim’s ethics

As people differ morally and physically

…also they differ in their points of view

,convictions and behaviours…

So if you felt that someone has done some thing wrong

and you advised him and tried to correct his fault but

he hasn’t been convinced, never classify his name

between your enemies and take it comfortably as you can..

and if you tried to correct a fault of one of your colleagues

but he did not accept so do not volatile the relation

from friendship to enmity but still gentle with him

maybe he stops on this fault and does not indulges..

And as they said: your tenderness please

some evil is lesser than some….if you have dealt with

people with this comfortableness

and haven’t got angry from every simple and great thing

you will live happy..

never beat anyone with his hand, neither a woman nor a servant,

but only, in the case when he had been fighting

for the sake of Allah and he never

took revenge for anything unless the violation of what Allah has forbidden;

and to understand the difference between the two angers

suppose that your little son came for you someday and asked you one or two RS

as expense for school and you looked in your money wallet

but you did not find except the five hundred RS’category

so you gave it to him and said: this is five hundred RS, spend two RS

and give me back the rest

and you confirmed on him and repeated

but when he came home in the afternoon,

he told you that he spent all money

so what will you do and how would be your anger?

you might beat and use violence

and prevent him from his expense for days

but if you came home from the Asr prayer some day

and you found him playing on computer

or watching the television and he didn’t his prayer at the mosque

Would your anger be as strong as your first anger?

I think we agree that our anger in the first case would be

be stronger and longer and more influential than the second case.
