type3=if+past perfect=would have+past participle

بالعربية معناهم بالرغم
for instance:although she was ill,she went to school
we can replace although with though because it expresses the same thing without changing the sentence ,but if we put in spite of or despite automatically after them we use a noun,pronoun(this,that,what…)or ING so if we apply on the sentence of although she is ill,she went to school

كما سبق وشرحت
though ,although,in spite of,despite يعبرو على concession والمعنى تاعهم بالرغم
فالمثال هذا
:although she was ill,she went to school
يعني بالرغم من انها مريضة راحت تقرا
وتاني though نقدرو نعوضوها ب although لانها تعبر عن نفس الشيء ولهي concession ولما نقوم بالتعويض مايصرا حتى تغير على الجملة ترجع هكدا
though she is ill,she went to school
لكن لما نستعملو in spite of or despite وراهم راح يكون noun ,pronoun or ing
هنا نقصد ب pronoun لهم this,that,what
نطبقو هذا على المثال السباق ترجع هكذا
in spite of / despite her illness,she went to school
or
in spite of being ill,she went to school
